Goals

Title: Sustainable management of water in the strategy of nautical tourism in the Medio Tejo
Acronym: WaterRIVER.tour

The following Objectives were established (O):
O1) Highlight the segment of nautical tourism on the river Zêzere through the identification and interpretation of the relationship between potential and enhancement of heritage and water resources;

O2) Know and understand the current contribution of wakeboard, as a tourist product in the region;

O3) Contribute to heritage and environmental didactics in actions to raise awareness of the importance that water and rivers play in the sustainable development of tourism.

The novelty of this project is directly related to nautical tourism in the Medio Tejo, as it is an important tourist-cultural-river product for territorial development, perceptible through the practice of wakeboard.
